Try the approved company look with one person. A private Austin studio session, live image selection and one retouched portrait. No annual commitment.
If you move into an annual plan, your $295 trial payment counts toward the total and that portrait counts within the allowance.
Five Annual Portraits
$1,375 / year
Up to five studio sessions over 12 months for new hires or existing employee updates. One retouched portrait per session, with live selection and delivery to HR and the employee.
Standard company setup included. Save $100 versus five individual bookings.
Ten Annual Portraits
$2,650 / year
Up to ten studio sessions over 12 months for new hires or existing employee updates. The same approved company look, personal direction and organized delivery.
Standard company setup included. Save $300 versus ten individual bookings.
New-Hire Introduction
$600 / person
For a key hire who needs more than a portrait. Includes one professional headshot, one B-roll asset and one answered guided video prompt.
An optional introduction within New-Hire Presence. Quoted separately from annual portrait allowances. Additional prompt: $150.

Your company gets a dedicated booking link. Employees choose their own Austin studio appointment.

4. HR portal + easy delivery
Finished portraits go to HR and the employee. HR also gets a private portal to access the company’s completed images.
Share your company look. Choose one portrait or an annual allowance. Your employee books a studio appointment, selects their portrait during the session, and receives the finished file along with HR. Add an introduction when a key hire needs richer assets.

Do we need an annual plan?
No. Start with one portrait at $295 without an annual commitment. Annual plans include five portraits for $1,375 or ten for $2,650 over 12 months, with standard company setup included.
Can current employees use the annual allowance?
Yes. Use your allowance for new hires and existing employee portrait updates during your 12-month agreement. More than ten portraits or custom requirements can be planned separately.
Can you match our existing company look?
Share your current team portraits or company guidelines. We review the lighting, backdrop and crop, then agree on a repeatable look. Matching is subject to review; an exact duplicate cannot be guaranteed.
Does the employee receive a copy?
Yes. The selected finished portrait is delivered to HR or your designated company contact and the employee.
When do we choose and receive the portrait?
Choose your portrait during your studio appointment. Standard headshots photographed in appointments before 1 p.m. Central are delivered that day; appointments at 1 p.m. or later are delivered the next calendar day. Introduction video assets follow a separately agreed timeline.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions take place at our Central Austin studio in Brentwood. We provide clear parking and arrival instructions directly in the automated new-hire scheduling email.
